This morning I contacted T-mobile support to get unlock code. There is no place to request via web so I must call via phone. After many transfer call to specialist to others, I also provide my IMEI number of my device but they refuse to support. They say because I can not provide phone number associated with my device. Even I give the IMEi for they check and they get me back with the answers:"there is no record data of your IMEI". They told me to contact Microsoft. of course in this case Microsoft will refuse because when I check info extra it was Manufacturer name RM-917_nam_usa_100 and Mobile Operator TMO-US.
I also check my IMEI via Check if Your Phone is Eligible for the T-Mobile 4G Network | IMEI Status Check it says

I know it just says my device is working OK with T-mobile SIM, not other operators. But what a funny when your specialist check my IMEI and said there is no record.
I don't want to compare you with others but with AT&T, even I'm not an AT&T user, I can get unlock code quickly and easily via website AT&T Wireless Consumer Device Unlock Request f my device is eligible. They have option Non-AT&T Mobility customer and I also get my email

As many customer requst and hoping T-mobile developing, I only have two reccomend for T-mobile doing as AT&T. I konw you are two different company and you two have different policies but I think request unlock code is an easy step for customer who want to unlock their device if the device is eligible. We want to unlock our device, not unlock user or contract of T-mobile. I waiting for improvement of T-mobile in developing and making it easier to customer. Hope T-mobile will continue develop and provide excellent service to more customers.
